I've been using this setup for a long while, however I just recently switched to using a Hyperion to run lvl4s mostly cause while I can just set it and forget it (lololol Popeil) with my 'Nix, my Hyperion does the missions faster 
Anyhoo, my 'nix:

You do not need an afterburner with this. You only need one DLA, having a second one is kind of pointless. With good drone skills, one DLA will be more than adequate. After all, the whole point of using the nix is to be able to field an absolutely massive tank so you can aggro everything. The mobs will be coming to you most of the time saving you a lot of range hassles. This is also why fitting an AB isn't a good idea. Wasting a slot on one is ********, you're just starving yourself of capacitor better used for perma-running everything. At no point in a mission are you going to have to haul ass in a nix. Just set course for the next accel gate/furthest away group of mobs and start chewing up whatever is closest. By the time the drones are done you'll be where you need to be.
I actually do use my railguns when in missions to help spit out some more DPS, but you can tank even harder if you only leave one railgun on for aggroing. In this case your highs/rigs would look like this:
2x Salvager
2x Tractor Beam
1x 250mm Railgun II (or whatever floats your boat, use an artillery cannon if that floats your boat)
1x Drone Link Augmentor

2x Capacitor Control Circuit I
1x Auxillery Nano Pump I
The big upside to this is that you'll be salvaging as you run the mission saving you a lot of looting time after the mish is done, and you only need a small amount of ammo for aggro so your cargo space is going unused for anything important :D.
